That would be great. You’re referring to the rectangular device placed in the funnels of crab pots to exclude turtles, correct? If so, it might be helpful to check out BRD regulations already in place. Maryland adopted a BRD regulation in 1999, New Jersey adopted in 1998 or so and may have been the first. I haven’t kept up with such things, but regulations usually depend on local demand and/or a major event. Let me know if I can help.
