Events:

Wednesday 9/17: We will be tabling at College Gate from 11-4 to raise awareness for the organization and register students to vote!

Thursday 9/18: We are having a Dorm Storm at James Hall at 6pm to register students to vote.

Friday 9/19: We will be tabling at the top of Baker from 11-4.

Saturday 9/20: We are having an apartment storm at 12pm to register students to vote! We will be meeting at RiverPark apartments, which are near South Green.


Sunday 9/21: Homecoming Committee will be in Baker room 239 at 1pm. Come with ideas, and the theme is Bobcat Family Reunion!


Roundtable:

Wednesday 9/17: Flavor of the Week is in the bobcat student lounge on the first floor of Baker from 12-2. This week's flavor is vanilla!

Wednesday 9/17: "Vote Suppression, Democratic Values, and Struggles for Voting Rights," a panel including Ohio State University professors Daniel Tokaji (Law) and Piers Turner (Philosophy) and Ohio University professor Patricia Gunn (African-American Studies) will take place in Clippinger 194, 4:30-6:30pm, on Wednesday, September 17th (Constitution Day). Three lectures of 20-30 minutes each will be followed by open discussion.

Thursday 9/18: A "Rally for Truth and Justice" will be held in Marietta at 5pm. More info can be found here:

Friday 9/19: Taste of Athens will be at 5pm on South Beach. More info can be found here:

Saturday 9/20: The first home football game is at 7pm!


Scott Wharton is running for Congress in the 15th district. His campaign is looking for volunteers to help with voter reg and GOTV. There are also internships. To learn more contact Jake!
