Hey Dems! Hope your week three is tremendous! Here are the minutes from
this week’s meeting:


News/Updates:

We are playing intramural volleyball! Please sign up for our team “Trotting
Donkeys” with Debi as our captain on imleagues.com to be able to play! At
our games, remember to bring your student id and to take off all of your
jewelry! Wear your dems shirt!

Please remember that our meeting next week has been moved to Walter 145 for
the State of the Union! Please get there on time so that we can start our
meeting quickly.

If you are interested in participating in Date Auction or have friends that
are interested, please contact Marika!

Let us know if you can drive to the College Democrats of Ohio Convention at
Kent State University.

The Obama for America campaign office is opening! It will be at 8 N Court
St above Fluff and there will be an office opening party sometime in
February!

Congratulations to our Dem of the Week, Brigid Iverson!!!

Round Table


POWER is recruiting! Pick up an application at the atrium area in the third
floor of Baker. The deadline is January 31.

There will be a mailer for Pat Lang for Congress at UCM 18 N College St on
Saturday from 10-1.


Last week was Zack Gilanyi’s birthday! Happy birthday Zack!!


Chris Chmiel is running for Athens County Commissioner. If you are
interested in supporting his campaign, ‘like’ his facebook page and contact
him if you would like to help him campaign.


There will be a fundraiser for Delta Zeta at Bdubb’s on Monday at 5!
