Dems Minutes 4/5

Hey everyone! Hope your week two is terrific! Here are the minutes from this
week’s meeting:


News/Updates:

Please sign up for our Relay for Life team! You can do so at
http://main.acsevents.org/goto/trottingdonkeys and when they ask for the $10
fee, just choose the option that says that your captain will pay it for you.


We will be able to start getting petitions signed for Senate Bill 5 to be
put on the ballot by next Sunday or Monday. You must be registered to vote
to be able to sign the petition, so make sure that you are registered!


We are selling our tshirts for $15!


We are playing softball intramurals this quarter on Sundays at 3:30 or 4:35!
We need at least four girls and four guys. Sign up at imleagues.com and
check back for the game dates!

Round Table

There will be an at-large city council candidates forum on Tuesday from 6 –
8  PM at the Athens Public Library! Come out and support Nate Hall! Also, if
you are interested in helping Nate campaign, contact him.


Jeana Davis is running for vice president of College Democrats of Ohio, so
come to the convention to support our fellow OU dem!


It’s ACRN week! Look on the facebook event to see all of the events, and
visit acrn.com to read Carolyn Menyes’ article on the OU Little Monsters.


PAD pre-law fraternity rush is Monday from 7-9 PM. Meet in the lobby at
Bentley and dress is business wear!


The SB5 petition kick off rally is this Saturday in Columbus at 9 AM.
