Alumni Volleyball Team - Update
Ohio Alumni Volleyball are the 2009 CHAMPIONS of the C.A.N. Recreational Volleyball League.
They defeated Yale, Emory, Indiana, and West Virginia (in the Final) to win the Tournament.
The team finished the year with an overall record of 11-1 for season...

Come out and play Ohio Alumni Softball, back for our 6th season in the Capital Alumni Network league. This will be a spring/summer season played April through August with a 14 game regular season and a post season tournament.

April 25th: Hands on DC - Spring Volunteer Event
Join us for a day of volunteering for DC schools.
Hands on DC (http://www.handsondc.org/) is an all-volunteer project that creates better schools and brighter futures for students in the District of Columbia, by holding a day-long work-a-thon that improves conditions in the public schools and raises money for college scholarships. Hands on DC 2008 will take place on Saturday April 25th.

OUAA is extending special savings for its Resort Weekend Getaway trip, May 23-25 at Belterra Resort & Spa in Florence, Ind. Alumni and guests will save $100 per person between now and April 24 on this exciting package.
With the current economic crisis, you may be thinking a vacation is out of the question this year. But there’s no reason to despair just yet; the Ohio University Alumni Association can help you plan an affordable getaway while meeting the new Alumni Director, Graham Stewart, and reconnecting with fellow alumni.
Belterra is a luxury resort not far from the cities of Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington and Indianapolis. It offers a championship golf course, riverboat casino, a spa and salon, seven on-site restaurants, shows and entertainment, on-site shopping boutiques, a heated pool and a gym.
Cost for the Memorial Day Weekend trip for alumni and their guests is now just $300 per person for a double occupancy room Saturday and Sunday nights. The original price of this trip was $400 per person.

We will be grilling hot dogs/burgers and having other picnic items.
We will be welcoming the Incoming Students to the Bobcat family,
and answering any questions they may have about life at OU.
