Hi Folks,

I have attached a brief listing of potential courses that might be of interest for those of you who are taking classes this summer. Please note this list is not exhaustive, but does reflect some of the areas where our students have taken classes in the past.

There are a few on-line course delivery formats for those of you preferring an on-line option. Check with your advisor if you have a question on whether a course "counts" in your program of study.

Please note that the EDCP 8900 (Scholarly Writing) does NOT count as filling a program requirement because it is an academic writing skills class, not a content-based class. It is very worthwhile though to systematically work on one's academic writing process.

Likewise, courses taken via the ELIP program are important in academic skill building, but also do not count as fulfilling program requirements. The value in taking them is that gaining these academic skills ?assists you in moving through your graduate program at the level of excellence you desire.
