<p class="MsoNormal">Attached please find: (1) Plan for CSSA Reconstitution Process Part 2, and (2) The marked-up copy of the revisions to Chapter V of the CSSA Constitution.

<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Phase 2 of the CSSA reconstitution comprises two components: (a) Revisions to Chapter V of the CSSA Constitution to change the election date from fall to spring semester for several reasons as explained in the documents, as well as operationalizes
the stipulation that an elected officer can be removed for cause in the current CSSA Constitutions; and (b) conducting the first spring election of the 2014-15 CSSA Leadership Team per revised Constitution.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please review the attached documents and let me know as soon as possible if there is any concerns. In the interest of time, we will publish these documents by tomorrow morning, while continue to accept suggestions until the voting date
for the constitution amendments and the election date, which are April 12 and April 19, respectively.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Successful implementation of this plan will conclude the CSSA Reconstitution, which will bring CSSA to operate under the revised constitution, and relieve all External Observers.</p>
