<p>There&#39;s a bedroom available in a 4-bedroom apartment in University Commons from around July 15th. The rent is $1000/3months per person, furniture included (best for the first year student), free parking. There is a discount as I renewed the lease, so you can live from the day you move in to August 17th,2013. Female roommate is prefered, and you are going to live with 3 very nice female graduate students. You need to pay the electricity fee and internet fee every month. It is close to the campus, and it has bus running from 8am to 10pm every hour in weekdays.</p>
