If you would like to move in earlier, it is negotiable, and you can also renew the contract with the leasing office if you would like to live there continually.<br>The apartment includes one living room, one bedroom, one kitchen and also a small room can be used as study room. It is a very comfortable apartment and large enough for either single person or couples. <br>It takes less than 15 mins to walk to campus. You can also take Bobcat bus to campus for free. <br>The rental fee is $600 per month, including electricity, wireless internet and cable. The rental fee is negotiable. Except the in-wall desk in the study room, there is no other furniture included in the apartment, but you can purchase them from nearby stores.
