There is currently a petition to reinstate the<b> tax exempt status of grad<br>
student stipends</b> that is being hosted at <a href="http://whitehouse.gov/" target="_blank">
WhiteHouse.gov</a>. If the<br>
petition can get just slightly over 24000 signatories by November<br>
20th, then the Obama Administration promises to at least issue a<br>
