<div>There is a big bedroom in a very nice house will be available from Set.1st. You will share the house with the other 3 graduate students, clean, quite, and easy-going. You will have your own individual bathroom, The rent would be 300 + utilites. The house is very energy efficient, and there is no gas.  </div>
