<BR><STRONG><FONT color=#c0504d>SUBLEASE!!!!!!<BR></FONT></STRONG> <BR>---The house is at <STRONG>the corner of Neil and 8th </STRONG>which is within <STRONG>3 minutes walking distance to campus</STRONG>.<BR>---I've been lived in this shared house for almost a year finding out that both the landlord and the house-mates are very nice and easy going.<BR>---This is a big house with 3 floors and my <STRONG><FONT color=#e36c09>furnished</FONT></STRONG> room is on the 1st floor.<BR> (the<STRONG> biggest </STRONG>one with a <STRONG>private door </STRONG>to the outside which means I don't have to go through the public front door everyday).<BR>---There's another Chinese girl living on the 1st floor next to my room. We share the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. She's very nice and neat.<BR>---Both of the kitchen and the bathroom are <STRONG>huge and very clean</STRONG>. There's also a <STRONG>washing machine </STRONG>and a <STRONG>dryer</STRONG> in the basement.<BR>---The rent is<STRONG> $390/month</STRONG>(including<STRONG> all the utilities </STRONG>and <STRONG>the internet</STRONG>----very convenient wireless service). <BR> So it means you are suppose to pay <STRONG>only $390</STRONG> per month<STRONG> without any other additional fees.</STRONG><BR>---The landlord takes very good care of the house being <STRONG>responsible for everything </STRONG><BR><STRONG> </STRONG>and he organized the shared rooms very well so you never have to worry about any conflict with other house-mates.<BR>---The <STRONG>traffic</STRONG> is also pleasent----the stations of <STRONG>No. 18 & No. 7 </STRONG>cota is <STRONG>right in front of</STRONG> the house on Neil street. And also within 6 mins walking distance you can get to<STRONG> High street</STRONG>.<BR>---There's a CVS, a very good bagle store, the market place dinning on Neil and 9th.<BR> <BR> <BR>Whoever inter
