<p>We are 2 int. graduate students looking for 1 responsible apartment-mate (M/F) in a 3 bedroom apt in Athens Garden Apt. (also called as West View Apartment) starting 1 year lease in coming Sept. <br /><br />The base rent is $299 per person, and utility bills (electricity + gas) are shared. The total rate is usually around $340. Apartment includes dishwasher, carpet, refrigerator and plenty of closet space and parking. <br /><br />The place is an easy walk (~15 min) or bike to campus; BOBCAT bus service to campus is also available during school year. <br /><br />If you are interested to look at the place, send me an email at kk338008@ohio.edu</p>
