second presentation of Alden Library's Culture Showcase Series titled,
&quot;The International Student Experience at Ohio University&quot; will
feature speaker Dr. Vibert Cambridge, Professor, School of Media Arts and
Studies, Scripps College of Communication. Dr. Cambridge's presentation is
entitled, Alden Library and Guyanese Social History: A Personal Research
Journey. Professor Cambridge came to OU as a graduate student in 1986 and
embarked on a research project that focused on the Caribbean and Guyana</span><span
style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>. </span><span
style='font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>His talk will address the way in which
Alden Library supported the research agenda of an international student who
became a faculty member.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
