A bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in carriage hill is available for
subleasing for the summer . You will share the apartment with a quiet
graduate student. If you need a place to stay in the summer, it the best
choice for you because:
1. You only need to bring your bedding and personal belongs because it is
fully furnished (couch, TV, bookshelf, dinner table and chairs, storage,
two full size mattresses for you to use, kitchen utensils if you like to
cook, vacuum cleaner, etc.). It is now a pet friendly community!
2. All utilities (Cable, Wifi, Gas, Water, Garbage, Sewer and parking; it
would have been about $130 totally otherwise) are included in the rent
other than the electric bill (which is only about $15-20/person per month.
It will be a little higher in the summer depending on the usage of air. ).
3. The apartment is on the third floor, which means nobody will be above
you to make noise!
4. It is on the bus line and OU commuter passes are available for students
living here. If you walk to the campus, it will take you about 15 min.
5. Price is lowered for the summer-only sublease: only $400/month and still
nonnegotiable. You can move in now and you won't be charged before the 1st
of June.
