大家好！

为了能更好的为俄大的中国学生和学者们服务，CSSA准备将每年的选举时间从秋季中秋节改为春季。改变选举时间的理由和优越性，改为春季选举后的运作方法，以及为此对CSSA宪章进行的相应修改，在附件中有详细说明，请大家认真审阅，并积极参与表决和选举。如有问题，可按附件中提供的联系方法给我们提出宝贵意见和建议。



今年春季选举将分为两步进行。首先请大家对修订后的宪章进行表决。修宪通过后立即生效，然后按照新的宪章进行明年CSSA双主席的选举。修宪表决和双主席选举的运作方法与去年秋季的选举相同：先在https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/OUCSSA14注册你的OU email邮箱，然后通过email进行投票。具体的日程如下表，详细说明见附件。

Campaign Rally, meeting the candidates in person

・         Voter registration will be closed

・         Ballots for CSSA Co-Presidents will be sent to registered voters

Sunday, April. 20, Midnight

Voting for CSSA Co-Presidents will be closed

Monday, April. 21


・         Election results announced, and CSSA Co-Presidents-Elect take office immediately
