现有三室一厅中一向阳卧室转租，随时入住，位于327 West state street,
紧邻Commons，离学校近，木质地板，向南窗户，宽敞明亮，三个卧室全部位于二楼，一楼为厨房和客厅，配有微波炉，洗碗机，洗衣机和烘干机,
有停车位。房费为$340 另加网、电、水费。可免费送床垫，桌子和椅子。

短租，长租皆可，当前lease到明年五月初，可以续租。其他两位室友为安静女生。如有意向，请回邮件。



Sublet 1 sunny bedroom in a nice, spacious 3-bedroom apt with hardwood
floor. Available to move in from now. At 327 West state street, close to
campus and nearby Commons. With microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and
dryer. Kitchen/living room on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms on the
2ndfloor. The rent is $340 per month plus utility fee (water,
electricity, and
internet).

Short term and long term sublease are possible. The current lease is over
next May and can be renewed.

The other two roommates are quiet female graduate students.
