What: We have 2 bedrooms in a 4-bedroom apartment available in University Commons. 
When: Dec. 2013 - July 2014.
How much: Then rent is around 360 per month.
Utilities and services: You DO NOT need to pay for water, trash, parking, and bus service. All you need to pay is electricity and Internet (about $40 in total every month depends on how you use).
Others: You are welcomed to take the lease during winter break 2013 or only several months. And all the price are negotiable.
