I'm looking for someone to take my lease of a room in a townhouse of Mill
Street Village. The room will be available from now to May-end 2014. You
will have a Chinese couple as your roommate. The rent is $487.50/month plus
$20 parking permit, and summer rent is negotiable. Everything (water,
trash, electricity, internet and cable) is included. Mill Street Village is
just minutes to campus, and the school bus stop is in front of the

I'm very satisfied with this place and renewed for one more year, but now I
have to sublease my room because I will transfer to other university. If
