Hi,$595 / 1br - Take over Lease before May- $100 Lower Rate compared to the
current rent (Carriage Hill, Athens) Looking for someone to take over a
lease of a one-bedroom apartment in Carriage Hill in May 2013.
Internet Wifi, cable, water and gas are all included in the rate. The
apartment includes a kitchen with a large refridgerator, stove and oven,
spacious living area, 1 full bathroom and a bedroom and is on the ground
floor with access to a yard area outside.Off-street parking is free and
ample. It is quiet and very good for students or a couple. Please note that
this is a lower rate than starting a new lease at Carriage Hill apartment
since I been stayed over for 5 years. There is a bus stop in the complex
with a route that takes people into town and a swimming pool for residents
as well. Please reply if interested. Thanks.
