Hi all 

I have a room available for all of you from July 1st to August 15th. For convenience you can move in before that date. 


it is in riverpark 36-608, it's close to school and close to the gym. There is a swimming pool at downstairs. And you will have two roommates as well, they are both easy-going people. One boy and one girl (not couples) Also, you gonna have my furniture as well, including one bed, desk and chair. There is a nice sofa in the living room. 


The price would not be expensive for all of you, i ask for $300 in all.
