[Cssa-L] One Room available from May $215/month Close to Campus

Hi there!

One room in a three bedroom house will be available from May 16th.

1. Good location.
The address is 80 Morris Ave and I walk to school every day.10 min walk to
Court Street or Seigfred Hall. 15-20 min walk to the library. Post office
is only 3 min away by walk. And the bike path is also nearby so it's very
convenient for jogging if you exercise.

2. Convenient living
It's a big furnished 3 br house. There's more than plenty of storage space
and a big basement with laundry facilities (washer and drier). A separate
garage in the backyard. I will leave my mattress in the room and it already
had everything else when I moved in (dresser, desk, chair, bed, bookshelf,
two big walk-in closet), so basically it has everything.

3. Nice landlord
The landlord is the owner of Little Professor Bookstore. He is a friendly
old man and responses fast whenever we have problems with the house.

4. CHEAP!!
215/month+shared utilities. (Total within 300$/month, very affordable)
Current lease ends on May 31 and you could renew the lease with the
landlord. Rent for May is $100 including everything.

5. Roommate.
Two nice Chinese female grad students. Female tenants are preferred.
