Hi all,
My entire apt (4 bedroom) at River Park will be empty from May 3rd to June 24. If your parents & friends are visiting this summer and you would like to sublease one or more bedrooms, feel free to contact me. Not all rooms will be furnished but at least one for you. The kitchen stuff will be available to use. A gym and laundry room are located next door. Rent is $350 plus utilities (around 25) but it is negotiable for sure.
