A room is available from May,2013 to August,2013 in University Courtyard, and you can sign the lease for the next year if you like. The rent is $525/month, everything is included (water, gas, electric, internet, cable ele).   It's
 one of the 4 bedrooms furnished (dryer, washer, microwave oven, dish 
washer, refrigerator, stove, couch, bed, desk, etc.) apt which located in 366 Richland Ave. There are two bathroom inside. Currently, there are only three residents, so if you moved in, you can enjoy your owe bathroom alone in one side of the apartment. Also Free parking. Quite. Free pool, free fitness center, free computer lab with free printer 
service(in fitness center), free soft drink (lemonade, etc., in fitness 
center).
