Hey, guys


News coming!!! A room is available
for subleasing in Riverpark!  It's a 4-bedroom
apartment, since without furniture per say, I can offer some necessaries for
free to whom is interested in it, like chair, desk, mattress or folding bed,
sure, if you like to take them. Living in Riverpark is awfully convenient for
your daily life, close to Gordy, library, Ping center (all 5-10 minutes by
walking), and Walmart, you can't imagine it until you settle down your life
here.


Of course, the rent is super unbeatable
...337.5$ per month, gas, water, trash included, tenant only needs to pay for
the electric and network fees, around 20 dollars per month. The contrast will
end in the middle of next August.


Ok, who will be your roommates? They
are 3 Chinese graduate students, 2 girls and 1 boy, all nice, and warm-hearted.
I won't say any more about them, you will find it out when you are getting
along with them.


If you are looking for a place for a
good quality of life in Athens for a long time, this room in Riverpark will be
definitely a good deal! Please don't hesitate to contact with me if you have
