[Cssa-L] Good apartment bedroom sublease in Commons

Hello, Comrades.  Since i am leaving, A room is available now for subleasing in Commons. It's in a 4
bedrooms furnished apt located in 15 s shafer street. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room.
The rent is 333 $ per month. with washing machine. The apartment is extremly clean.
The outside environment is quiet and peaceful. Good living place for study and social contact.
There also have swimming pool and small gym in commons.
Also available for BBQ in the yard.
The contract lasts from now until the end of next July.
It is close to the school, 10 mins for walk. 
There also has free school bus (every one hour) and free cats bus (every 15 mins) to school.
There are already two Chinese graduates living in this apt, real easy going and very nice people.
