[Cssa-L] Athens Apartment Available

Hello all,
        I have a one bedroom available in Athens Apartment. It is available from late-December. 
  
       The rent is 595 + electricity (about20 dollar), the lease is to January, you can also extend the lease if you want.  Also the one year lease rent is 575+ electricity.
 
       the room is spacious and very quiet. Good sunshine. Perfect place for one person or a couple. The pet is also allowed here. 
 
       There is transit bus in the front door. The room is clean and new with very quiet neighbor and nice staff in leasing office. 
 
       The apartment has fridge, airconditioning and all kitchen appliances. the bedroom is unfurnished but if you would like the furniture I would like to give you mine since I am moving to another state.
