This is Ye (Solar) Hong.I have a single-bedroom apartment at Mill Street Village available for subleasing from Jun.17 to Aug.17. If you would like to move in earlier, it is negotiable, and you can also renew the contract with the leasing office if you would like to live there continually.The apartment includes one living room, one bedroom, one kitchen and also a small room can be used as study room. It is a very comfortable apartment and large enough for either single person or couples. It takes less than 15 mins to walk to campus. You can also take Bobcat bus to campus for free. The rental fee is $740, including electricity, wireless internet and cable. There is no furniture included in the apartment, but you can purchase them from nearby stores.
