Roommate needed for 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, 4/1/2012, Washington DC area

One bedroom is available on 4/1/2012 in 2 bedroom 1 bathroom
apartment in Washington DC area. The bedroom is furnished with bed, desk and
chair. You will share bathroom, living room, kitchen with another female roommate.

The apartment is located on Columbia Pike Falls Church VA, very convenient 
and safe place. Walking distance to groceries, library and shopping mall (
trader Joe, Chinese restaurant, Safeway, Marshall, Starbucks, old navy, 
Pizza Hut and etc,). Metro buses (16A 16B 16D 16L) stop in front of the apartment
community. All these metro buses go directly to Pentagon metro station (
about 20 minutes ride). The apartment is 10-25 minutes ride to Mclean/
Tyson 's Corner, George Mason Univ, Ballston metro, Pentagon metro station, 
Arlington, DC, Fairfax. 

The apartment is 920 square feet with big living room and bedroom on the 
third floor (The top floor). The community is very safe and quiet with big 
garden, swimming pool and washer/dryer in each building. Rent is $650 for 
single person (female only) and $750 for a couple. You don't need to sign 
lease with the apartment leasing office, you can just pay me monthly by 
monthly. The price includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet
) deposit is $150.

I am a Chinese female professional working in DC. I am a very easy going person and 
have very standard work/life style. Work 5 days a week from 9-6. If
