A room of four-bedroom apartment in University Commons is available for
the year 2012-2013. The contract will start at Aug 24. Now we have three
male students.

University Commons is located at 15 South Shafer Street, 15min walk to
campus, furnished room, bus service. (Refrigerator, washer, and dryer
are in the kitchen; the bedroom is furnished, including bed, desk, table
lamp and wardrobe.)

This apartment has 4 bedrooms with 2 restrooms. The rent fee rate (each
bedroom) for 2012-2013 year will be US $1000 per three-month. The lease
is year-based. (You can sublease.)

Additional fee includes [1] electricity power and [2] Internet service
(Time Warner Cable). It is about $40 per month.
