I would like to sublease one bedroom of university commons. The room is fully furnished and you will only need to pay $400 per month. All utilities and internet will be included.? It is easy to move in, and it is available from now to August. Apartment is quite centrally located at a 5-10 Minute walk to Ohio University campus (Hourly bus service to campus also provided). Right on famous Athens bike path and a 10 min. walk to Court St. and the rest of downtown Athens.
