      A nice room in University Courtyard is now available for subleasing from January to August (or from February to August). 

 The room is one of four bedrooms in an apartment, with the other rooms occupied by three quiet and easygoing American female medical students. The room is fully furnished and comes with a bathroom. The apartment is pet friendly. The original rent is $575 per month, but now I offer a better price, $550 per month, which includes utilities (electricity, water, trash disposal) and a parking permit.
