[Cssa-L] House available in summer

Hi all:

One of my professor wants to sublease her big fancy house from mid June to mid August. Some info about the house:
Two bedrooms available. 
The house is on the hill, very quiet, embraced by nature and green. 
She has a big dog living in that house, too. If you are an animal lover, that would be cool. 
10-15 minutes driving to campus, you do need a car if you live there. 
The rent is from 300-400 per month, depend on the bedroom.
