I am helping a friend to sublease an one-bedroom apt. It's super nice and big enough to have two people staying in, especially good for couples.

Comes furnished with bed, tables, couch, television.



June 11 -August 31 lease for the summer sessions.



Rent is $400/month and includes all utilities, open to other offers.



Rent is negotiable. Offers very much accepted!



Air conditioner, newly renovated with new appliances. 



Sorry, no pets.
