A bedroom is available in a two bedroom apartment at carriage hill. The rent is 
350/ month but negotiable. You will only pay for electricity which is barely $15 
a month. It is available from now till 31 august (you do not need to sign a 
lease) and renewable if you want. Any interested individual can call 7402740313

Two rooms in a three-bedroom-apartment available from June 15th to late
August. Both rooms are spacious, facing south with sufficient sun light and
great view. Monthly rent is around $293 per person including water. Parking
is free and the rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. The
apartment locates in Monticello village near Richland Ave; 5 minutes drive
to campus, 15 minutes walk to the bus station. Ideal for those who own cars.
The rooms have no furniture, but there are daily needs (microwave, fridge,
stove, oven, tables, etc.) in the living room. Please contact me at
