One
 room in a three-bedrooom apartment (2 full size bathroom) in Monticello Village
 will be available since June. The rent is 275/month plus all utility. 
The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is located on Hooper St about 2 miles away from campus. 
You will be living with two Chinese male graduate students. 
Guys and non-smokers preferred.
