I'm a OU student. I'm finding a subleaser. Can you let students know it?

I am looking for a sublease room now ASAP. Contract is a year (Fall 2011- june, 30, 2012). You can save money during the summer break due to lease term. Nobody moves in this place, so it is clean. It is not furnished.

Walking distance to OU. Only 5 min

Two stories town house
-Washer/Dryer in the house
-Storage in the house
'-Dishwasher/ microwave, lots of cabinet
-Utiliteis included water and sewer, Transh removal, Parking
