Hi all,
 
A two-bedroom apt at Carriage Hill Phase II is available for sublease from now to Aug 31,2012. The rent is $632 (July and Aug, 2011) and then $704 (Sep 2011 to Aug 2012), including free wireless internet, cable, water and gas. You only need pay the electricy fee for around $40 monthly. A queen-size mattress with box, a computer desk and a dining table, some small kitchen electrics such as toaster, blender and slow cooker are provided. You are responsible to keep the apt clean.
