There is one big bedroom in a house available from the end of March. The rent fee includes everything except the wireless. No lease. It is located at  Brown Ave, only 15min walking to the campus. You can also take the Commons Bus. You will have a private bathroom, and share the washer and dryer with you roommates. The landlord is a nice teacher in OU and your roommates are two American girls.
