[Cssa-L] Hourse subleasing

Hi everyone,

My friend has one bedroom in a house to sublease. The house is on East State street, and you will have two American girls as your roommates. The rent is actually $384, but she's willing to sublease as $350. Utilities are not included, but you can share with other two girls. It is about 20 minutes walk from school. Female is preferred.
