I am a female graduate student in Ohio University and live in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Carriage Hill the lower lever.The rent is only $352/month each person, All utilities are free included internet and TV cable. Electric is on average $18/month each person. No other payments. Furniture are included. Walking distance to Ohio University campus, also on the bus line.
