I'm looking for one person to sublease my bedroom for July and Auguest.

The house is close to the school(near the China Fortune), only 15-min
walking distance from the library.

The rent is just 200 bucks, you need to share utilities, but it's only around 40 per month on average.  

The bedroom is on the second floor, with good scene. The house is well-equipped, with big kitchen and living room.
