[Cssa-L] Looking for 1 roommate for new school year

Hello,

We are 2 int. graduate students looking for 1 responsible roommate (M or F) in a
3-bedroom apt in Athens Garden Apt. starting 1 year lease in coming Sept. 2010. 

The base rent is $299 per person, and utility bills (electricity + gas) are
shared. Apartment includes dishwasher, carpet, refrigerator and plenty of closet
space and parking. 

The place is an easy walk (~15 min); BOBCAT bus service to campus is also
available during school year.
