I am looking for someone to takeover my bedroom.
starting December 2010/ january 2011 -------------June 1011(Winter and Spring quaters) with two other nice female roommates. 
share bathroom with ONE other person and the room is very quiet even the location is @ riverpark.

great location, walking distance, only takes five minutes to get to the campus. no cars needed.
 rent fee is 362.5/month( included water and gas) . no more than $400 per month with electric and internet.

The price of living are NEGOTIABLE!!!
