close to University Common. You may check it out on Google Maps: 300 W State St, Athens, OH. About 20 - 30 minutes walk to OU's main campus.


The basic rent is $299/month, plus gas, electricity and wireless access to 
the Internet. There are two nice 
graduate roommates (a lady and a gentleman). The price is negotiable.
