Dear All, I would like to offer this apartment at a low rate. You 
will need to share the utilites, which is usually $40-50 in spring. This
 is in a 3 bedroom apartment.
You will share with an American 
graduate student and a Chinese phd student. I'm leaving Athens for the 
spring quarter. So this is a temprary lease from now to June.

We also are looking for roommates 1 or 2 to share this apartment from summer or from september for the next school year.
