寒假即将来临，被强制住学校的同学们已经厌倦了宿舍的生活吧？现在机会来了，对于寒假住房学校是没有权利干涉的。我要转租一套两层townhouse,
租期从11月25日到10年1月4日，在1 pomeroy rd, 3间卧室、 2卫生间，家具、厨具齐全，包括Internet,
有线电视（客厅有液晶电视一台），洗衣机。周围有加油站，超市，各种快餐，十分方便。
如果是3个人合租，租金为3×400=1200，包含所有费用。
如果仅租一间房，租金为450每人。
