[Cssa-L] subleasing apartment in riverpark

I will be off campus from 23rd Nov.onwards(till the end of the spring break)

Wants to sublease my apartment in River park towers for:

1.the whole of winter qtr and spring qtr including winter break ,Or

2.only winter qtr or only spring qtr or only winter break.

3.Can also give it on monthly basis(US 275 per month) or daily basis US$ 25/day 

It will be a shared apartment(with 2bedrooms, drawing room and dining space) 
and the rent will be US$ 275/PM plus electricity(US $5-10)
#Free internet.
#Few minutes walk from Alden.
#Double bed,some furniture and other necessary furnishings.
