 Hello all,

There is one large bedroom with large closet in a 3 bedroom apartment available for sublease starting as soon as TODAY and can be rented until JUNE 2010 or until anytime you want.

This apartment is located above the Union Street Diner (only restaurant that's open 24 hours in Athens), across the street from the Central Classroom Building, and right next to Bromley Hall on West Union Street. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Court Street and 5 minutes to walk to anywhere on campus.

You will have two American female undergraduate students as roommates (psychology/dance major, journalism/french major). They are friendly and outgoing, and living with American students may really help you improve conversational English!

The rent for this large bedroom is $400 per month, this includes water, garbage, gas, and high speed & wi-fi internet. I can provide furniture (bed, desk, chairs, lamps) if needed. Male or female students are both welcome.
