We have one bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment in West ville Apartment(Original Athens Garden).

Details listed as follow:
-approximately $380 per month including all utilities(unlimited usage)
-about 10 minutes walk distance to court street
-bobcats bus runs weekdays for free
-two nice female roommates
-new furnished with new carpet, central AC (basically everything is new)
Lease starts at June 15th,2009 -June 15th,2010(12 months lease),but you can be a temporary sub-leaser just for this summer(June-August).
Everything could be negotiable!:)
